Currently {{S3AUtils.translateException}} doesn't recognise interruptions; it
just sees an AmazonClientException chain which is then relayed up.
Proposed: look for an {{InterruptedIOException}} at the base of the chain of
exceptions, map it to an {{InterruptedIOException}}
