I made a code glance in hdfs project and found 14 commands that use the
{{ToolRunner#run}}. And that means these commands can support '-fs' option.
Attached the addendum patch for this JIRA. [~brahmareddy], I see that
HDFS-11226 hasn't been merged, can you apply this minor change into your latest
patch and you can add {{hdfs storagepolicies}} as well? Thanks a lot for that.
