[~brahmareddy], thanks for the review and tried the fix on windows.
The windows failure is not related to HADOOP-13565 or HADOOP-13890. I tried the
TestWebDelegationToken with both changes reverted on Windows. It failed with
the same error due to an issue with KerberosUtil#getDefaultRealm(). We can file
a follow up ticket to fix KerberosUtil#getDefaultRealm() on Windows.
