Patch 002; cover some aspects of HDFS directory mod times, make object store
coverage a lot vaguer and full of caveats.
I think we need a couple of lines of more detail on directories & HDFS.
Specifically:
# creation time? That of mkdir()?
# what operations on child entries update the modtime? mkdir, create, delete,
rename. And which don't?
# chmod and set time calls?
