Attaching v3 patch. Adds [~liuml07]'s suggestions to also fix the
double-creation of the test contract, instead getting the reference from the
superclass. From v2 patch: Rebased on updated feature branch, and fixes
checkstyle issues. Also fixes a new failure in in
testInitializeWithConfiguration() when fs.s3a.s3guard.ddb.table is set in
config.
