Thanks [~jzhuge], This is a known [limitation
|https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/current/hadoop-azure-datalake/index.html] and
provokes user to configure ACL from [Azure portal|https://ms.portal.azure.com]
till the functionality for {{setfacl}} and {{getfacl}} is available.
