Hi,
I took a stab at updating the DOAP file a bit more
* Changed from svn to git
* Fixed broken link in {{<license>}}
* closer.cgi -> closer.lua in download URL
* Added {{<wiki>}} tag
* Added the big-data and hadoop categories
* Added {{<maintainer>}} tag.
