Had the same questions when reading the doc.
Here are the tasks:
* Add {{XInclude auth-keys.xml}} to s3a.xml, s3n.xml, aliyun-oss.xml, and
swift.xml; no need to change wasb and adls.
* Update doc {{hadoop-aws/testing.md}}, {{filesystem/testing.md}}, and
{{hadoop-aliyun/index.md}}
* Remove constant {{CONTRACT_OPTIONS_RESOURCE}}
