There's a call to {{S3AFileSystem.setOptionalPutRequestParameters()}} in {{
S3ABlockOutputStream putObject()}}
The put request has already been created by the FS; this call is only
superflous and potentially confusing.
Proposed: cut it, make the {{setOptionalPutRequestParameters()}} method private.
