Unlike {{Configuration.addDefaultResource}}, {{Configuration.addDeprecations}}
does not propagate to all live instances.
Should I enhance {{Configuration.addDeprecations}} to reload all existing
instances, or just let ADL {{addDeprecatedKeys}} to do it?
