* Add AdlConfKeys.addDeprecatedKeys that calls Configuration.addDeprecations
and Configuration.reloadExistingConfigurations
* Update doc index.md
* Add test case testSetDeprecatedKeys and testLoadDeprecatedKeys to
{{TestValidateConfiguration}}
Testing done
* Live unit tests with mixed old and new properties in auth-keys.xml
* Verify doc
