I don't think it's worth messing with 0.22 branch. What I'm trying to do here
is make it easier for one person on their computer to build all the main hadoop
jars without versions from the snapshot repository creeping in instead; I may
need to tweak the build and ivy files for this, as well as some of the
subsidiary projects that refuse to play when I rename my version anything other
than 0.23-SNAPSHOT.
