[~steve_l] I don't see much evidence of production use in the codebase, it
seems that dependencies are rather old and mostly tests. Things should be fine
committing this.
[~ajisakaa] thanks for the review. I checked the patch as well, it looks good
to me and I believe [~giovanni.fumarola] addressed your comments.
Are you ok to commit the patch? If you don't have time to commit it right away
(and are ok with me doing it), I will commit this tomorrow morning,
since this is blocking YARN-3663.
