Post v001 patch to shut down these executors.
All [~xyao] mentioned have been addressed, except for
{{DiskBalancer#scheduler}} which I think is eventually shut down in
{{DiskBalancer#shudwon()}} and {{DiskBalancer#shutdownExecutor}}.
