Hi [~jzhuge] thanks for raising the issue and posting a patch.
If I understand it correctly, the change proposed in the patch is not just 
limited to KMS and HttpFS, but applicable to anything that uses Httpserver2.

I think you should also consider adding hadoop.http.accept.queue.size into 
kms-default.xml and httpfs-default.xml
