yes, the committer stuff is obsoleted for now by HADOO-13786. That can make use
of a probe for a feature though, especially to see if there's a consistent FS
(actually, FileOutputCommitter could do that check internally, and warn on any
FS (s3 unless an it says otherwise, swift).
