That's a test elsewhere. What I'm doing with the HADOOP-13786 is collecting the
metrics and pulling them back from the job committer (but not: aggregating them
from elsewhere.). Any call to {{S3AFileSystem.toString()}} will dump its stats;
for the input and output streams you get their stats
