Good point.  It seems like we could document that as a caveat, and this feature 
would still be useful because it is optional.  Do you agree?

BTW, for S3Guard, we are still bound by the enum in the SDK for DynamoDB.  IIRC 
the {{AmazonDynamoDBClientBuilder}} chokes on region strings it does not 
recognize.
