[~michaelmoss] - Seems like we could invert the logic for service name such
that if it is not specified in the configuration, then use the process name.
I'm not sure if we should change context and hostname, I'm thinking that they
should be left alone. Looks like there are planned changes for this class in
HADOOP-13048, you might be able to add this problem to that issue, or create a
new issue.
