Rebased v30 patch onto latest feature branch (shout if you want me to post the
rebased patch). Ran ITestS3ACommit* successfully. Reading through the latest
patch and playing with the code some.
qq: Should we have some test assumptions that s3guard is enabled for
ITestS3ACommitActions, or is it useful to test w/o S3Guard?
[~ste...@apache.org] there is a lot to go over here. I'd love any small tasks
you can assign to me to get my hands dirty working on the code.
