[~ajisakaa], I create a hadoop-common-project.patch replacing setLevel in
hadoop-common-project. Should I upload it in this issue or creating a new
subtask similar with this one to upload hadoop-common-project.patch? Because
hadoop-common-project.patch depends on hadoop-tools.patch, either way should do
after hadoop-tools.patch committed, I think.
