Summary: Improve exception checking in FileContext related JUnit

{{FileContextMainOperationsBaseTest#rename}} and
{{TestHDFSFileContextMainOperations#rename}} do the same but different way.
* FileContextMainOperationsBaseTest is able to distingush exceptions
* TestHDFSFileContextMainOperations checks the files in case of error
We should use one rename method with both advantage.
