[~steve_l] Sorry, missed your ping while I was on vacation.
HADOOP_13929 was ported to branch-2 and branch-2.8 in Mar. 2017, so
{{.gitignore}} in these branches no long contain {{contract-test-options.xml}}.
I will post a patch shortly according to your ideas in Description:
* Add hadoop-tools/hadoop-aws/src/test/resources/contract-test-options.xml
which XIncludes auth-keys.xml.
* Update filesystem/testing.md and hadoop-aws/testing.md
