[Using the Amazon S3 Adapter for Snowball
|http://docs.aws.amazon.com/snowball/latest/ug/using-adapter.html] indicates
that we need to disable chunked coding and set path style access.
HADOOP-12963 enables setting path style access.
This JIRA will enable disabling chunked encoding. A new property
{{fs.s3a.disable.chunked.encoding}} is proposed.
