Description:
When using one of the {{POST}} operations (e.g. rollover a key) and not
actually providing a JSON payload the {{KMSJsonReader}} fails with this error
message:
{quote}No content to map due to end-of-input{quote}
For most operations this is fine as the payload is required but for others the
payload is optional. I think the only method affected today might be the
rollover operation but it's still a bug and might affect other new operations
added later on.
