[~steve_l] All live unit tests passed in 3 branches committed.
Sorry for the rush. The patch is to handle an ADLS upgrade on Thursday which
would break MSI feature. See detailed SDK change in
https://github.com/Azure/azure-data-lake-store-java/commit/81f0016e91d6e9e6bdf35e08917b8aa1895f3389.
It should only have limited impact.
