Backport S3Guard to branch-2
this consists of
* classpath updates (AWS SDK, ...)
* hadoop bin classpath and command setup
* java 7 compatibility
* testing
The last patch of HADOOP-13998 brought the java code down to java 7 & has
already been tested/merged with branch-2; all that's left is the packaging,
bin/hadoop and review
