[~anu] Thanks for looking at the patch. Good idea to add documentation!
Since hadoop-minikdc is under hadoop-common-project, the command is {{hadoop
minikdc}}, and the command documentation should be added to
{{hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/src/site/markdown/CommandsManual.md}}.
Similar to {{hadoop kms}} command.
