* checkstyle is complaining about the uses of the number 1700 in the test: make
that a constant and refer to it everywhere to shut that up.
* patch probably isn't going to apply to trunk as all live tests now begin
ITest, see HADOOP-14553. (That patch isn't in branch-2 yet BTW)
Reattaching the patch to resubmit to see what happens.
