Over in HBASE-18843, [~vrodionov] needs to override
SimpleCopyListing#computeSourceRootPath() .
Since the method is private, some duplicated code appears in hbase.
We should consider exposing SimpleCopyListing#computeSourceRootPath() so that
its behavior can be overridden.
