is incorrectly stating that making a request to GET http://<rm http
address:port>/ws/v1/cluster/apps/<app_id>/state will return an object that is
compatible to the enum YarnApplicationState when it is returning the states for
RMState.
I would submit a fix, but I'm not sure what the intended behavior is supposed
to be.
