Added property to kms-default.xml instead of core-site.xml. Please suggest the
source path or documentation where I can add this configuration. core-site.xml
is empty by default.
There is no separate KMSClientProvider unit test file, so I've added the test
for the config in TestLoadBalancingKMSClientProvider.
