How can we update the description in the release notes (ie. for
[3.0.0-alpha4|http://hadoop.apache.org/docs/r3.0.0-alpha4/hadoop-project-dist/hadoop-common/release/3.0.0-alpha4/RELEASENOTES.3.0.0-alpha4.html])
to make this change easier to spot for downstream folks?
It's not obvious from TEZ-3853 which version of Hadoop 3 you first attempted to
update to. Would calling out the earlier alpha/beta release notes have made it
easier to have a heads up?
