The visual studio .proj files need updating for Visual Studio 2017 on Windows
10. The pom in /hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/pom.xml needs updated to
reflect the cmake settings for VS 2017.
This update is necessary to allow those with Windows machines to build
winutils.exe and hadoop.dll.
Another option is to improve the documentation to list the changes required and
how to do it.
