yes, I do. For the other stores (s3, azure, ...) there's a strict "submitter
must test" policy; requiring them to say which endpoint they used is the best
way to make people honest, and means, if problems ever surface, we can look at
whether/how endpoints vary.
Something like "I ran all the tests against "oss-cn-shanghai.aliyuncs.com" is
enough
