I thought we'd got rid of this with the move to the later AWS-SDKs.
If the dependency is only test time, we can modify the oss SDK import to
exclude the json lib, and then explicitly add it as a test-scoped dependency
with some big warnings on the import about DO NOT INCLUDE IN COMPILE.
