Hi [~vagarychen], Thanks for working on this. Patch looks good to me. Some
minor comments.
L25 "the user only needs to {{provid}} the http/https url either
programmatically"
L25 "Following are two simple {{exampels}}"
This may be my personal view and other may not agree but i think we can remove
the last line. ({{"Then the code may proceed reading and processing the content
of the file."}}) You have already provided code snipped to read from an URL, we
can leave it to users what they want to do afterwards.
