DataOutputByteBuffer is used in
[TestTaskID.java|https://github.com/apache/hadoop/blob/trunk/hadoop-mapreduce-project/hadoop-mapreduce-client/hadoop-mapreduce-client-core/src/test/java/org/apache/hadoop/mapreduce/TestTaskID.java]
via MAPREDUCE-6535.
It is committed to trunk and branch-2.9
