before applying the patch fails the same way as {{mvnsite}} [root in the patch
failed|https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HADOOP-Build/14059/artifact/out/patch-mvnsite-root.txt]
after applying the patch. Therefore they are unrelated to the patch. The patch
is ready for review.
