when you use SSE-KMS and the ARN is invalid for that region, you get a 400 bad
request exception + special error text "KMS.NotFoundException".This could be a

special error text "KMS.NotFoundException". S3A translates the 404 to FNFE,
when it should be flagged as a crypto problem.
