Description: Although the aws/openstack and adl modules now declare
hadopo-common as "provided" the hadoop-allyun and hadoop-azure modules don't,
so it gets into the set of dependencies passed on through hadoop-cloud-storage.
It should be switched to provided in the POMs of these modules (was: Although
