The community has agreed to release 3.0.2 on the same code base as 3.0.1, but
with shaded jars, to fix the artifacts. During this process, we moved the bug
fixes with target version 3.0.2 to 3.0.3.
This JIRA also serves as the metadata for 3.0.2 release to generate CHANGES.md
and RELEASENOTE.md.
