Jitendra. The term "upgrade jackson" is one to bring fear into anyone who has
ever tried to or deal with an upgrade jackson'
* it's only going to go in as a synchronized update of the entire jackson 2
package. You can't update one JAR and expect things to work any more than you
can safely update hadoop-hdfs-client JAR while leaving the rest of hadoop-* out
of sync.
* It's got a real risk of breaking things downstream, including Hive and Spark.
So

# what tests have you done of hive and spark with the version bumped up?
