The failed unit tests passed in my local computer. The compile error seems not
to be related.
Let me explain again. The patch copies {{WordUtils#wrap}} from commons-lang 2.6
since there are a few bugs (LANG-1397 and TEXT-124) in 3.7.
Kindly help to review it.
