One issue I hit trying to run tests in the branch: azure-bfs-test.xml documents
the need for fs.azure.test.account.key.{ACCOUNTNAME}.dfs.core.windows.net, but
DependencyInjectedTest will actually look for
fs.azure.test.account.key.{ACCOUNTNAME}. It also seems to be having trouble
resolving the dfs.core.windows.net hostnames as specified in
fs.contract.test.fs.abfs, so maybe that's not supposed to be there either.
