WE could think about changing that term "S3Guard is experimental and should be
considered unstable."
e.g "S3Guard is stabilising: people are using it in production but there are
still some corner cases to resolve, especially with partial failures of bulk
rename/copy operations. The "authoritative mode" is the area where we advise
most caution.
That is: it's been used enough to be slightly beyond experimental...
