To whoever takes this up, be aware that YETUS-568 and YETUS-609 will require a
mass rename of the files in
hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/src/site/markdown/release or for them to be
deleted, re-generated, and weirdo versions (e.g., hadoop1-win) removed during
the commit.
