just tracked this down as the reason sequential tests are being skipped now if
you call {{mvn verify}} without saying -Dsequential-tests
I see why the sequential-tests section has to move from a simple
!parallel-tests condition to one a bit more convoluted, but that should have
been done *or the testing_azure.md* doc updated to describe the changes
