Submitting HADOOP-15745-HADOOP-15407-002.patch, which is based on
"HADOOP-15735-HADOOP-15407-001.patch" (there is a mistake with the JIRA number).
- Added pattern for ABFS key
"fs.azure.account.oauth2.user.password.{ABFS_ACCOUNT_NAME}" and
"fs.azure.account.oauth2.refresh.token.{ABFS_ACCOUNT_NAME}".
- Updated "TestConfigRedactor", it passed.
