This is strange.
In
https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HADOOP-Build/15190/artifact/out/patch-javadoc-javadoc-root.txt,
yarn-server-common module output only 100 javadoc warnings, although
HADOOP-13083 raised the limit to 10000.
After further research, I found MJAVADOC-475 replaced {{additionalparam}}
parameter with {{additionalOptions}} and that's why HADOOP-13083 does not take
effect in maven javadoc plugin 3.0.1.
Hi [~tasanuma0829], would you update the configuration? I'm +1 if that is
addressed.
